Amazing article, Milan. I loved it.

The term "cultural debt" is something I didn't know and I'll use it from now on. Once we can put a name on things we can refer to them and improve them.

I had read the culture map book, and something that helped me was reflecting on all my direct coworkers and putting them on the scale of those criteria. After that, I had a better idea of why I worked easily with some people and why it was hard to interact with others.
