Really good article! One of my podcast guests talks about leaders needing to guide and direct people and then get out of their people's way!
Here's one of my top takeaways from our discussion
"A big part of leadership is knowing when to get out of the way. The trouble with delegation is that it keeps the leader’s brain in every learning loop. Leaders need to build the skills, confidence and competence of their team to allow them to get on with the work at hand without the leader’s involvement. Leaders need to upskill, develop and nurture innovation in their teams then step out of the way and let them get on with it. Leaders need to harness the brilliance of people around them"
Inspiring article! Useful with a lot of tips to use in real world! Thanks
I love a good matrix! I use this tool to determine the best ways to give feedback and coach and I appreciate your application to delegation.
Thank you Jo!

What are your thoughts on this?
Thank you Nia! Exactly, I can confirm this. We need to know when and which leadership style we should use, and this is the "default" one.
