For Beating Procrastination I have some additional tips:

1) Pinpoint the Immediate Physical Action: Target a precise, actionable, physical step, making it a more welcoming starting point rather than a vague, overwhelming goal.

2) Refine & Divide Task Load: Transform daunting projects by breaking them into manageable pieces or focusing initially on just a bite-sized portion, boosting confidence and forward motion.

3) Unmask Hidden Efforts (Invisible Work): Recognize and address concealed prerequisites or steps, demystifying the task and making it more digestible.
