Really love the pointed out importance of soft skills in Tech Leads. It can get overwhelming quickly for engineers with just tech skills. Many things to manage: influencing others, facilitating meetings, managing expectations etc. Great article!

This is something that "depends" of the company, in my opinion. I've seen some companies that ask the opposite to Tech Leads
